Getting the most out of Deswik’s Support services
There are several ways Deswik Support can assist our customers. If you encounter any issues or complications when using our software, such as being unable to login successfully, or not knowing how to complete a certain task or function, our Support team can help.
Our global Support team can assist you with the following in your local time zone:
- Licensing
- Software installing
- Providing guidance on the best functions to use in our software (e.g. What is the best way to slice a pit into blocks and benches? What is the best way to code a block model with volumes of different domains?)
- Providing detailed explanations of options within our software (e.g. What does the Prism method in Deswik.SO actually do?)
- Reporting when the software isn’t operating as expected
- Offering different ways to configure the software for better performance or increased reliability
